She was very prompt in responding to our emails and helping us make a deal that we were happy with. When we went into the dealership to finalize the deal, our sales representative was very friendly, patient, and helpful. The finance manager was very knowledgeable and explained all the parts of the deal and options very clearly. He was understanding and supportive in helping us work out some issues.
