Pretty Great First off the fact they called me to bring my car in 4 days before the original appointment(I had made via Onstar - my check engine light had come on First off the fact they called me to bring my car in 4 days before the original appointment(I had made via Onstar - my check engine light had come on that morning). Then when I arrived they were literally all ready for me to drop and go with a loaner car. This was a Saturday afternoon by the way. Monday morning they called, and then called again to walk me through what needed to be done immediately and what needed to be done in the future. I had my car back Monday evening. Yes 2 days. One of them being a Sunday and I had my car back. I had a small mistake on my part - I left my insurance card at the cashiers desk, but when I called it was already in an envelope ready to be mailed out to me (they held it so I could come in and get it). The best part though was the detailed service report I received a few days later via email. It lists what was done, what should be done next with instructions and prices and recommendations. I was leery of going there - as I had only experienced them when it was owned by Princeton Chevrolet but I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone was friendly and my overall experience exceeded my expectations. I have no qualms with leaving them as my authorized service dealer for my vehicle. Kate Rufe (called to give me an earlier appointment then I had - very nice and polite on the phone), Andrew Hannula (checked me in and set me up with the loaner - he was FAST), David Marra (handled my service call to explain what needed to be done also explained about my warranty and what was covered and what wasn't- patient and very knowledgeable) CAMISHA BURCHETT, was the cashier who checked me out Monday night - (extremely fast also - Sign here and here and I was done and walking out the door) and lastly AGNES DIGREGORIO ( I called to ask about my insurance card and she knew already, pulled it out of the outgoing mail and when I arrived to pick it up she had it right there waiting.) This review is longer but I believe in speaking up when good service is received. More

Purchased a Silverado Christopher was the first person to see if I needed any help. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very straight forward with me and didn't try any "sales" pitches with me which I appreciated. He did everything in his power to get the things done I wanted. I would highly recommend him to other people if they are looking for a car. Even had the car dropped off at my work because of my busy schedule. You need more sales people like him. The only minor thing I would say is I wish some of the scratches could of been buffed or touched up better during the detail process. More

Dan Maida and Jason Patterson on the management end of things were great to work with and straight forward. Zach Ott and James Jimenez in finance made everything go smoothly, even though my wife and I had to bring our 3 year old and 6 year old boys with us that day due to a lack of available child care on our end. The best part of it all is that the best Chevrolet dealer I could find is literally less than 10 minutes away from my house for future sales and service. What more could anyone ask for? More

Great Experience! I spent several weeks going back and forth with several different dealers to try to find a good deal on a new car. I was so frustrated with all the haggling and games and was very bitter about the whole process. I came across a really nice vehicle located at Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton on CarGurus for a really great price. I emailed this dealer and asked for their best price out the door - I got a super quick response and there was absolutely no haggling. I was nervous on my way in to check out the car thinking something was up and to not get too excited. I was greeted immediately by Jared, who was professional, courteous, and had a great personality. Jared showed us the car and took us out of a test drive. He was sure to point out minor flaws with the car that honestly I probably would never had noticed. We then met with the finance manager, Dylan, who was just as courteous and professional. He explained my options to me and I never felt pressured. The entire time I kept thinking - is this it? Is it really this easy? I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ciocca. They have a customer for life. More
