He was very personable and genuine. You could tell that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale but rather build a rapport with you. Hands down the best dealership experience I have ever had, mostly due to the professionalism of Eric. Finally I had been working with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. Unfortunately their extreme lack of customer service, respect for customers and willingness to make changes made me have to find a better place to take my business Well, I’m happy to report I found one. Graham (the service tech) was great. I appreciated his attention to detail and thoroughness. Also, I felt he listened to what I had to say, let me know he heard me then dealt with the issue or made note of it. Then everything was actually done. It feels like fresh air to me, but I guess great customer service is just par for the course at Ciocca. It was my second experience, both were great. Now, I finally have the Chevy dealership I’ve been looking for. More
