Ripped me off!!! 230.00 for an oil change on 2013 Chevy Avalanche and low beam light bulb changed and that was with my Veteran discount. First they told me they only had to remove the air box which comes right out. Then they said they had to take the front bumper off to replace bulb after the work was done. I was there waiting they never informed me of the change in service till after the work was completed. More

Electrical failure It appeared that the electrical wires in my Yukon Denali became frayed and started to cause error codes and as a result started to impact the safety a It appeared that the electrical wires in my Yukon Denali became frayed and started to cause error codes and as a result started to impact the safety and handling of the vehicle. I called the dealership and they asked me if possible to safely bring the vehicle in to have it looked at. As a result some extensive repairs had to be done to correct the problem and they offered a loaner that I could use until the repairs were made. It took two days but they kept me informed with daily reports. The staff was very kind and very easy to work with. More

I'd purchased 6 cars from the previous owners of the dealership over the years, but wasn't sure if that would continue, due to new management. I'm glad I stopped in to look at a very low mileage '17 Malibu. Brandon Toth, Zach Ott, and GM Bryan Zanolini, really went out of their way to address my concerns, had respect for my history with the brand and the dealership (even though different owners), and we worked out a deal where everyone was happy. I'm very pleased with the car, their service, and most importantly their attitudes about taking care of customers. Will definitely recommend them to others, and will buy from them again. Thank You! Eric greeted us and sat us down to find out more about us and our thinking (concerning the car we wanted to buy). He is very soft-spoken and straight forward (in a good way), gave us lots of information, just wanting to make sure there were no surprises for us, then took us for a test drive. The assistant manager introduced himself to us as well. Everyone was attentive and friendly. We came in the next day to buy the car, and that process took us about 4 hours. It's only been about 24-hours but we are very happy with our purchase. More
