Very disappointing. Will not buy from them again We purchased a 2018 Tahoe from Ciocca Chevrolet in Princeton, NJ. When we picked up the truck, the salesman Chris Fernandez told us that if we give O We purchased a 2018 Tahoe from Ciocca Chevrolet in Princeton, NJ. When we picked up the truck, the salesman Chris Fernandez told us that if we give On Star our credit card number, we will receive a free trial. But he warned us that "if we do not call to cancel, we will be billed monthly and registered for On Star and be billed regularly." We chose to keep On Star and never called to cancel it. We felt more comfortable having that service for emergencies, just in case. WELL fast forward a few months to an emergency situation. Our 21 month old infant was playing with the truck remote while we were strapping him in his car seat and when we closed the door, the car locked with our second set of keys in the truck as well. The diaper bag had the second set of keys in there! My wife was horrified, so scared and upset and so was I until I realized that we were signed up for On Star. So I called On Star to have them unlock the car (because that is one feature that On Star has, they unlock car doors immediately for you. However, when I called they told me that we are not a registered On Star customer, that we had been unregistered and we did not know this. We called our salesman and he told us that he remembered us and yes that he remembered calling On Star and giving our credit card for the services and does not know why we were unregistered for On star. We had the police at the scene and they had to smash our window to get the door unlocked. Now Ciocca wants $600 for labor and parts to replace this rear passenger window and will not reimburse us or even discount the window. They would not even install it free and ask us to just pay for the actual window. This was an absolute nightmare for us and Ciocca has shown no sorrow or accepted any responsibility at all. They said On Star is a third party and has nothing to do with them. Thank heavens our baby was fine and nobody got hurt. What if it was freezing temperatures or burning hot in the summer heat? What if this was a horrible car accident and death was involved and could have been avoided with services of On Star that somehow got unregistered as they claim. They should not tell customers to sign up for trials of On star, make them feel safe, accept credit cards for the payment of On Star only to find out that it is false when you truly need the service of On Star! I am super disappointed with how Ciocca handled this and it shows what type of people they are. At least humor us and say you will try your best to help, see what you can do, have a manager discount the window, install the window at a discounted rate...... Something? Anything? NO! Disgusting is what they are. More

Quick, friendly, helpful Having moved from PA where front plates are not required, my car did not have the front bracket for a front license plate. I called Ciocca Chevrolet and spoke with David in the service center. When I got to the service center, I was seen right away, even though I didn't have an appointment.
