A Seamless Buying Experience from Start to Finish Eric made getting a new car on a time crunch seamless and painless. We negotiated over email and I received a price that was even lower than I had ask Eric made getting a new car on a time crunch seamless and painless. We negotiated over email and I received a price that was even lower than I had asked for (asked them to match another dealer). I made an appointment for the following day and was in and out in less than 3 hours including a test drive. Eric gave a tour of the service area while we waited for the finance manager to be available. The car was out of detail after we got out of finance, where Brendan helped us, and I was on my way less than 3 hours after I arrived at Ciocca. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric, Dan, and Brendan to anyone who is in the market for a new Chevy in New Jersey. Driving from Toms River in the pouring rain was worth it for a seamless and easy deal.
