Flat tire I discovered early on a Saturday morning I had a screw in my tire. I called the service center at 8:30 am and to my surprise they answered. They said come in right away, and told me my tire was still under warranty. So the service was pleasant, fast, and courteous. And it saved me a lot of headache and worry. They provided us with all the information we requested and a complete breakdown of pricing and eligible rebates. Other dealerships wouldn’t let us take the sheet with us. No one stalked us after we left to think about it and continue shopping, I was getting bombarded with phone calls, emails and texts from others, so annoying!. Ciocca left the best impression which is why we came back. Ours kids kept saying the whole time we were shopping elsewhere, “let’s go back to the first place, we like it there those guys are nice and they have the best popcorn and drinks!” More
