So, that gave me the feeling of being railroaded into a vehicle purchase, which left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Know it’s your business to sell cars and the insurance system often doesn’t make fixing a car make sense, but would have been nice to have been able to talk about that s but more. Also, on your final paperwork that is provided to the customer, you need to put some better titles on some of the papers that are signed. It all moves pretty fast when you’re signing, but when I got home and sorted through them, I had a hard time figuring out what was what, particularly for the warranty paperwork. That’s a high pressure sale you make sndcto to provide clearly marked paperwork on this again leaves a bit of a bad taste that isn’t outweighed by the personable initial sales experience. All-in-all, I admire your operation but think that if you addressed these issues, you could be even better. More
