Went in for a test drive, found the vehicle in near-mint condition and agreed to a purchase. As far as car purchases go, the Ciocca experience was far better than I've had at other dealership. Besides the hard-sell on the maintenance plans, the entire transaction went quickly and smoothly. I'd definitely recommend Ciocca to others in the area looking for a Chevy. More

A little short on time by service folks (who have always been great to me in past) to explain what might be possible in the way of fixing my old car. So, that gave me the feeling of being railroaded into a vehicle purchase, which left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Know it’s your business to sell cars and the insurance system often doesn’t make fixing a car make sense, but would have been nice to have been able to talk about that s but more. Also, on your final paperwork that is provided to the customer, you need to put some better titles on some of the papers that are signed. It all moves pretty fast when you’re signing, but when I got home and sorted through them, I had a hard time figuring out what was what, particularly for the warranty paperwork. That’s a high pressure sale you make sndcto to provide clearly marked paperwork on this again leaves a bit of a bad taste that isn’t outweighed by the personable initial sales experience. All-in-all, I admire your operation but think that if you addressed these issues, you could be even better. More
