I'm feeling a little snookered 1) I had to reopen my frozen TransUnion account because the first time I did it, nobody bothered to do the credit check. And, WORSE, nobody bother to 1) I had to reopen my frozen TransUnion account because the first time I did it, nobody bothered to do the credit check. And, WORSE, nobody bother to tell me they hadn't done it til I was literally signing the lease paperwork. 2) Although I was told the red color I wanted was only available on the LS, the salesman on line, in person and the sales manager never went over the other things I would NOT have on the LT even though they had been standard on the 2016 LT I was turning in and even though I had specifically asked the salesman on site if OnStar AND Sirius were still standard on the lower level model. Now I'll have to drive around for 39 months with a Sirius radio plugged into the console instead of in the sound system that came with the car. Maybe it should have occurred to me that Chevy might roll back the standard features on the LT but it didn't. This is the first time I've run across a manufacturer who has reduced the standard equipment on a new model and it really shocked me. The salespeople should have made sure I knew what I'd be missing on the 2019 LT. 3) I told Alex I didn't want to pick up the new lease til the end of the month since I had just paid my March payment. He didn't seem to know what to do with that information but at least acknowledged that I wasn't in a hurry to pick up the new lease. Nonetheless, he called me the NEXT DAY to tell me the car was in and seemed nervous about the fact that I couldn't come in to get it for a week at the earliest. Then he called me no fewer than seven times during that intervening week, usually leaving no voice mail, and when I finally reached him, he tried to get me to come in four days earlier (which I'd already explained to him I could NOT do). 4) In my initial dealings on line w/Rick LaFever, I twice asked for information on the deals he was offering, including how much out-of-pocket I'd have to leave on the sign-and-drive. He never replied to those questions. As a result, I was very surprised to find that I was required to leave a $500 refundable deposit on the sign-and-drive AND even more surprised to find that I had to pay the first month's payment up front when I came in to sign the paperwork. So I am out-of-pocket $130 for the last half of March which I'd already paid on the 2016 AND I had to front $235 for the first month. Rick should've answered my questions. Really took the shine off the "no money down" sign-and-drive deal. More

Graham was knowledgeable, mind, and patient as he went over the details of my vehicle and answered, in a great detail, the abundance of questions that I had concerning my vehicle. I had a terrible experience with another company, and was afraid they had messed up my car. Joshua was amazing! He took me to the back, showed me what happened, explained in great detail what exactly the other company had done and had I not been attentive, could have damaged my vehicle. I bought my car from this dealership back when it was Princeton Chevrolet and the same reason why I purchased my vehicle from here is the same reason why I will continue to come back. More
