BUYER BEWARE !! The short story... On April 10th I purchased a used 2005 Chevrolet Corvette with only 22,000 miles on it from Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton, NJ. !! The short story... On April 10th I purchased a used 2005 Chevrolet Corvette with only 22,000 miles on it from Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton, NJ. A car of this vintage is typically sold “as is”. Car looked great and I was assured by the fact that I was buying from a Chevrolet dealer and by the salesperson that the car had been gone over and serviced by their “master” Corvette mechanic and I was happy to hear everything checked out great! Took my purchase home, and didn’t drive it for a couple of days and when I pulled it out of my garage I noticed a small pool of motor oil on the ground. Took a look under the vehicle and observed oil dripping off the oil filter. Thought perhaps the oil filter was a little loose maybe? Checked the filter and it was tightened properly. I called the dealership regarding this problem and was told to bring the car on in. I did so on April 24th my next available day off. On the 24th after waiting for 2 hours I was informed that the problem was a leaking oil pan gasket and the repair for this would cost me $1100!! This was after my whopping $100 “friends and family” accommodation that Ciocca was so graciously giving me. I found this to be unacceptable. When I asked the service writer shouldn’t this have been found when the car was serviced, all he could do was shrug his shoulders. This was not the treatment I expected from a franchised Chevrolet dealer. I get the meaning of an “as is” sale but really? I wasn’t coming back 6 months later! This leak would have had to be clearly visible when Ciocca serviced the vehicle and should have been dealt with prior to putting the vehicle up for sale. This is the kind of customer service I would have expected from a fly-by-night, sketchy used car dealer. All the smiles are easy to come by when you are selling the vehicle. It’s what they do if a problem arises that lets you know what the culture at this dealership is. By their actions Ciocca is assured they will receive no future business from me or anybody I associate with. More

Vibration about 50 miles an hour father was my tires needing rotating and rebalancing job was done very quickly everyone was very polite the whole service area about 50 miles an hour father was my tires needing rotating and rebalancing job was done very quickly everyone was very polite the whole service area is spotless car was spotless when they came back out unfortunately the vibration wasn't due to the tires which I have already spoke with Kate it was awesome as a service writer and we are going to look into it further on Monday More

We went in after calling to make an appointment to see a car we noticed online and specifically asked for that car, but it was sold that morning. We were able to get a better car with all the features my husband was looking for, which made him happy. They worked with our budget and didn't try to force us into any additional charges, which I appreciated. Chris Fernandes, made the finance part of the deal simple to understand and made us feel confident in the process. Buying a car is not a cheap endeavor and we appreciated all of the listening and assistance we received. I would recommend this location. The staff, the inventory and the prices are all great. I will be a long time customer. More
