Terrible I gave this rating simply because the customer service I received and still am receiving or I should say lack of customer service. I called the salesm I gave this rating simply because the customer service I received and still am receiving or I should say lack of customer service. I called the salesman about some concerns I had about the vehicle I leased, he called me back and then proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me and he would have a manager contact me back... which he texted me(not personable at all) a week later still no one has contacted me. I call salesman again, he doesnt answer. I left a message literally two minutes later he texts saying I am with a customer my manager will call you shortly. So he was with a customer but yet had time to check his voicemail? So manager calls me and is basically not compassionate at all and was basically trying to get more money from me and basically telling me he couldn't do anything for me. I wss supposed to get scheduled to have automatic start installed, manager was supposed to set that up. Its been over a week and still have heard nothing! Not even a call from the salesman to see how the car is working out. You all pride yourselves on customer service yet your customer service is garbage or my experience has been garbage. I am not happy and when my lease is up I will gladly return my car and go elsewhere and I will not reccomend this place to anyone ever! More

Great Service I was exceedingly happy with the experience that I had at this dealership. I went in before I had to go to work so I was on a time crunch.
