My father brought his Chevy 1500 in to have a My father brought his Chevy 1500 in to have a preventative transmission fluid change. Strictly for maintenance! So my father drives the truck for 50 My father brought his Chevy 1500 in to have a preventative transmission fluid change. Strictly for maintenance! So my father drives the truck for 500 miles after the service and the truck suffer a catastrophic transmission failure. This truck has been used as a highway driver and to tow a single axle 5x10 utility trailer once or twice a month. Now cause he had a old 5 ton hitch on the truck from years ago they said he abused the truck. This truck was getting 18-19mpg. This truck was NO HEAVY HAULER and NOT ABUSED. Their service report showed no mention of burnt transmission fluid, no fluid quality issues or any mention of clutch material in the filter. My father loves this truck and now cause this dealer supplies a sub-par service there telling him that he has to pay for the new transmission cause their inability to do a proper flush! POOR workmanship. POOR service department. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! More

never buy from here I had agreed on a price for a used car. When I got to the dealer and looked at financing I decided to use my own financing. At no time was it mentioned the price was contingent on doing the financing through them. I left without purchasing. The next day I was contacted and told they would honor the price we had agreed upon and I informed them I would be there by 6pm. As I was traveling to the dealer I received a text that they had sold the car to someone else. More

Part of my anxiety with getting a new car was about going to the dealership and dealing with the sales people and hemming and hawing over details and figures and numbers. My plan was to test drive the Equino to the dealership and dealing with the sales people and hemming and hawing over details and figures and numbers. My plan was to test drive the Equinox and talk about some figures then come back to it a few weeks later. I did not expect to walk in with my friend to help me "combat the salespeople" and then 4 hours later drive out with my brand new 2020 Chevy Equinox. A car that I have wanted for over a decade. It was so easy! I still can't believe I did it, and can't believe I have this car! I appreciate everything that everyone did at the dealer to make this experience not as scary as I thought it was going to be. More
