Took a test drive with the salesman, who showed me all the ins and outs of the vehicle. Did not feel pressured in any way by anyone. Instead, felt that they were their to provide me with the information I needed to help me make the best decision possible. Ended up purchasing an Equinox Premier that was exactly what I wanted. More

Hank was wonderful and helped with every aspect of the decision making process as well as providing info about the vehicle I decided to lease so he's a 5 star. The finance department rates a 1 star howeve decision making process as well as providing info about the vehicle I decided to lease so he's a 5 star. The finance department rates a 1 star however. Out of his control,and trying to get lease info for 2 different vehicles from finance was incredibly difficult. They only wanted to provide info for the EXACT vehicle I wanted whereas I wanted a comparison in order to make a good decision. One gets the feeling that the dealership is either hiding something or looking for the customer to bargain their way through the numbers they ultimately provide. This isn't rocket science and the numbers should be easily accessible and produced upfront. Numbers for 2 vehicles were ultimately provided however. I have not experienced this type of policy elsewhere and I have to say I found this protocol really off putting. I actually considered going elsewhere for a new lease. If not for Hank and his tremendous help, I would have. Clarence was also a 5 star and helped greatly. More
