Recent Car Purchase I initiated contact via the internet. A team member reached out to me immediately and within a short amount of time, a sales manager, Brendan, contac I initiated contact via the internet. A team member reached out to me immediately and within a short amount of time, a sales manager, Brendan, contacted me with an offer. I was able to reach him directly to discuss the initial offer. Following that discussion, Brendan reached me with a vehicle that met my needs. I set up an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I settled on a color choice that Ciocca had in stock, we negotiated on price and financing terms and I left the dealership with my new car. The experience was very pleasant with Brendan, Clarence, Joe and the rest of the team doing their best to meet my specific needs at very competitive price. I look forward to stopping by to say hello to the entire team when I am having the car serviced. More

Experience was not good from the start. Stella, who I believe is your Customer Service rep did not make my needs the priority. After approaching me of the waiting area during service on my previous vehic believe is your Customer Service rep did not make my needs the priority. After approaching me of the waiting area during service on my previous vehicle, she wanted to talk specifics (mileage, cost of over mileage, if I had a plan for going over mileage) about my leasing contract. I told her I was not interested at the time, but also explained to her that the environment wasn’t right to discuss my finances or anything pertaining to my lease. She did not understand how I was frustrated by her pitch. I would have expected a “Customer Service rep” to ask me questions to understand what my needs and preferences were- in a comfortable setting. She turned me off. Jared was awesome, Clarence was awesome, Stella could use some developmental training on situational selling and connecting with Customers. More
