Very Easy Process to buy a vehicle. Salesman Hank was great to work with. Eric Gomez was also great to work with. I would go back for my next vehicle great to work with. Eric Gomez was also great to work with. I would go back for my next vehicle More
Part of my anxiety with getting a new car was about going to the dealership and dealing with the sales people and hemming and hawing over details and figures and numbers. My plan was to test drive the Equino to the dealership and dealing with the sales people and hemming and hawing over details and figures and numbers. My plan was to test drive the Equinox and talk about some figures then come back to it a few weeks later. I did not expect to walk in with my friend to help me "combat the salespeople" and then 4 hours later drive out with my brand new 2020 Chevy Equinox. A car that I have wanted for over a decade. It was so easy! I still can't believe I did it, and can't believe I have this car! I appreciate everything that everyone did at the dealer to make this experience not as scary as I thought it was going to be. More
I would recommend this dealership if a person insisted on a Chevrolet. However, what appeared to be General Motors paperwork required during the processing of the sale does not lend it’s self to a positive t a Chevrolet. Additionally, a new leased vehicle should be covered bumper to bumper w/o an additional cost. More

Let me start off this review by stating that I work in a new car dealership previously as a tech and currently as a service advisor. The way I was treated in this buying process was horrible. My girlfriend new car dealership previously as a tech and currently as a service advisor. The way I was treated in this buying process was horrible. My girlfriend and I drove 1.5hrs Friday night to take a look at this truck. As I’m overlooking the truck, Clarence comes out and greats us. He was very nice and polite. We go on a test drive and the whole ordeal and than make our way inside to discuss pricing. The first thing I thought was weird was he wanted me to initial a paper saying I was serious about buying. Which I clearly was after driving 1.5hr to look at it and had cash in my pocket. I told him I wasn’t signing anything and he wrote “non binding” and initialed next to it so I felt comfortable signing. After we go back and forth on numbers Chris, the “manager” comes over and tells me he will meet the numbers I wanted but I needed to “sign some forms” before I could see the payment breakdown. I told him I wasn’t signing anything else until he showed me the payment breakdown. As I stated to Clerance & Chris I work in the auto industry and understand the games. At this point Chris was extremely rude and told me there was nothing else he could do. So I collected my items and walked out. While I was walking out Chris ripped up my paperwork and stormed off, very professional. As I was driving home I was very disappointed not even for the fact that I didn’t leave with truck as I intented, but for all the other customers who have been screwed by said employees. The following Saturday morning I call back and asked to speak with a different manager, at this point I was put in contact with Joe. Joe said he could meet my numbers and I said I would return to purchase the vehicle. I drive another 1.5hrs back and met Joe & Hank, they were much more helpful. Joe basically handled the whole thing. They did meet my numbers and I did purchase the truck. Once all of the papers were signed no one gave me any sort of delivery on the truck, the truck was washed but half the hood, and bed were still dirty. I was handed the keys and pointed at where the truck was parked. When I first test drove the truck the oil life was at 5% (I pulled the dip stick and oil was black), the wipers streaked (it was raining on TD) and all the tire pressures were low. When I asked Clarence about this Friday night he told me everything would be addressed if I bought it. I asked Joe about this during the purchase, he said all was ok, the oil light was reset, however the oil was still black, the wipers still were crap and the tire PSI was still low. I figured it was just par for the course with the whole experience. At the end of the day I only bought the truck because it was exactly what I wanted. After I got home with the truck and looked at it a little more in depth I found the tires have dry cracking on all four tires and the wiper arm was missing a cover. When I emailed Joe pics about both he said the tires were ok because it went through the shop, and he never answered my email about the wiper arm cover. After spending over $25k on a truck I still had to do an oil change, wiper blades, wiper arm cover, 4 tires, and a proper wash. This is all very disappointing considering this was a CPO truck. The experience I had at Ciocca Chevy was one I would expect from a “buy here pay here” place in downtown Philly or something, not a certified Chevy dealership in Princeton. Buyer beware is my only advise. More

The only downfall was the receptionists answering the phones (which almost made us decide not to go here looking for a car). They could use some instructions on how to conduct business and a lesson on positive outlooks like the rest of the employees. More
