Easiest Car Buying Experience Yet. I am beyond happy with my experience at Ciocca Chevrolet. Chris took time to explain to me everything I wanted to know about the car I came in to look I am beyond happy with my experience at Ciocca Chevrolet. Chris took time to explain to me everything I wanted to know about the car I came in to look at and he was very friendly. He did not try to swindle me into a more expensive car then I said I could afford like a couple other places tried. He understood my concerns and he made sure to help me. Once the purchase was final, he filled the car with gas, got it cleaned, and delivered it to my house that night! (mind you I live 45 minutes away). I was beyond grateful. He made sure if there was anything I needed, I could ask. The manager, Clarence, was just as friendly and helpful. I truly didn't feel like I was being pushed into a deal and I was explained everything I wanted to know. They really take customer service seriously there and I am beyond happy with my experience. I am a younger lady, so going to a car dealership alone is pretty intimidating, but I will most definitely be shopping with them again as it was such a great experience. Thank you Chris and Clarence! I love my Cruze! More
