I exchanged 15 text messages with this dealership, over the course of 5 hours, and I was unable to even extract a price on the vehicle which I was interested. Imagine running a business where it takes ove the course of 5 hours, and I was unable to even extract a price on the vehicle which I was interested. Imagine running a business where it takes over 5 hours to (unsuccessfully) get the price of something they are selling. I would avoid these guys unless you like wasting your time. More

Outstanding service! Christian Smith and Clarence Brunot were courteous and did not waste my time. I was so impressed with Christian because I was there for a pre owned Subaru (at a Chevy dealer) and when we went for a test drive he knew so much about the car. I have purchased 5 Subarus at other dealers in the past and everyone else said "well this is not the car we sell so I don't know much about this". Christian either did his homework before our appointment or he is just passionate about cars. Either way it was great! Next, I told him the price I wanted to pay (having done a lot of research myself) and we came to an agreement with not a whole lot of time wasted telling me about how I got the best price and he couldn't possibly budge. It was to the point. We agreed and it went to Clarence. When Clarence showed up I thought for sure he was there to convince me I needed to spend more money. So I kind of mentally rolled my eyes, in a hurry to be on my way and thinking of how I would need to get a ride later that week to pick up the car. Clarence gave me the sales pitch for extended warranty etc while being respectful of my time and listening to what I wanted and did not want. To top off the whole experience they literally followed me home that night so the car was in my driveway when I woke up. I lived over an hour away so this was especially convenient and a wonderful surprise! I could not say enough about these two gentleman. Thank you!! More
Awful Experience with Ciocca Chevrolet (Sales and Service) Ciocca Chevrolet has provided me with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales, finance, and service staff have all been Ciocca Chevrolet has provided me with the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The sales, finance, and service staff have all been dishonest throughout the process of buying and owning a new car. Service charged me for an alignment which should have been covered under warranty (the car was three months old). When the alignment did not remedy the problem, they attempted an additional three alignments, opened a case with GM’s TAC support (only after I approached the Regional Service Manager), attempted to reset a steering sensor, and then simply gave up and stopped responding to GM’s messages with additional suggestions. I later brought the car to Flemington Chevrolet and they found that the car was not in alignment. AVOID Ciocca Chevrolet at all costs. More
