I exchanged 15 text messages with this dealership, over the course of 5 hours, and I was unable to even extract a price on the vehicle which I was interested. Imagine running a business where it takes ove the course of 5 hours, and I was unable to even extract a price on the vehicle which I was interested. Outstanding service! Christian Smith and Clarence Brunot were courteous and did not waste my time. I was so impressed with Christian because I was there for a pre owned Su Christian Smith and Clarence Brunot were courteous and did not waste my time. I was so impressed with Christian because I was there for a pre owned Subaru (at a Chevy dealer) and when we went for a test drive he knew so much about the car. I have purchased 5 Subarus at other dealers in the past and everyone else said "well this is not the car we sell so I don't know much about this". Christian either did his homework before our appointment or he is just passionate about cars. Either way it was great! Next, I told him the price I wanted to pay (having done a lot of research myself) and we came to an agreement with not a whole lot of time wasted telling me about how I got the best price and he couldn't possibly budge. It was to the point. We agreed and it went to Clarence. When Clarence showed up I thought for sure he was there to convince me I needed to spend more money. So I kind of mentally rolled my eyes, in a hurry to be on my way and thinking of how I would need to get a ride later that week to pick up the car. Clarence gave me the sales pitch for extended warranty etc while being respectful of my time and listening to what I wanted and did not want. To top off the whole experience they literally followed me home that night so the car was in my driveway when I woke up. I lived over an hour away so this was especially convenient and a wonderful surprise! I could not say enough about these two gentleman. Thank you!! More
