The transition from online contact to in-person was the only bumpy portion of the experience. Established a date/time to come in and was told to ask for a person who was off that day. Thankfully JT introduced himself and it was great from there. The Unit I was initially interested in was at another location and sold (AC Location). The next was in transit and stuck in PA (tranfer station). After some text exchanges with JT and others Andrew Michaels called and clarified stock on-hand and selected the one we purchased. Great team work once JT got involved, from JT thru finance and delivery. More

It was ok but when I originally signed my lease I tried explaining that I agreed to be charged more in order to cover for my oil changes but it was stated no one could help me.
