Honesty if Ciocca kept me informed about my vehicle, I wouldn't be as upset, but to have NO communication with thier customers is appalling. In the end I did get my vehicle, but ended up paying $400 more then they said it would cost. I've learned my lesson the hard way.

Management knows that the only place to get the real price with dealer addons are on the window of the car. The only one in the dark about the price that the dealer wants for the car is the customer. False advertising. Customers want real prices before going to a dealership. Not fake numbers only to be told after you agree to pay full price that we added on 199.00 for wheel locks and 399.00 for all weather Mats. You can correct the situation by updating your internet pricing to reflect the addon items you refuse to sell the car without. You could also inform the customer of the add on items when they ask for the price of the car. Not send them links to prices that the manufacturer set. With out the dealer addon items that management knows it has installed on the cars.
