Took my used 2018 Silverado 1500 LT that I purchased from another dealership last November to Ciocca service for its first scheduled maintenance, along with a laundry list of minor quirks and issues that hav another dealership last November to Ciocca service for its first scheduled maintenance, along with a laundry list of minor quirks and issues that have appeared since the original purchase and selling dealer "repairs". I asked them to run specific diagnostics on controls and the trailering system, and they found the problems quickly for the controls and verified the trailering connectors were all 100%. Ryan Lutrario my service tech was outstanding and proactive in his communication while the work was being done. He special ordered a needed replacement part that will be installed at a later service date once it has arrived at the dealership. Nothing but good things to say about him and the dealership! More
