Erin is a great employee. Very friendly and helpful. Only issue l have is l tried trading in my vehicle l purchased from them and they told me vehicle is only worth 8k but whe Very friendly and helpful. If I need any service done in the future I would not go to this dealership. I brought my truck in for an airbag recall and was told that gm would not replace my dashboard if Ciocca Chevy cracked it during to this dealership. I brought my truck in for an airbag recall and was told that gm would not replace my dashboard if Ciocca Chevy cracked it during the airbag replacement. I was also reassured that it does not happen very often. However, since this was something that needed to be replaced due to safety reasons, I felt like I had no choice so I went ahead with the recall replacement. After I got the text that the service was complete, I went back to pick up my truck and was not told that it had cracked and it was not documented on the paperwork. When I got in my truck I briefly looked and did not notice it was cracked until after I started driving home. More
