Will not be back, I will drive out of my way to find another dealership for any future needs. 1. $200 to diagnose each question/problem is ridiculous. You get an electronic read out. 2. Kept me waiting another dealership for any future needs. 1. $200 to diagnose each question/problem is ridiculous. You get an electronic read out. 2. Kept me waiting well past expected time. They thanked me numerous times for my “patience” but never put any action behind it (Have a cup of coffee. Here’s a free oil change. We vacuumed your interior for you as a thank you for your patience.) 3. They resolved the issue (after 3+ hours wait) -yay! - and mysteriously a new dashboard light appeared that same day. The odds of them being unrelated would be slim. They would not guarantee over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged if I brought it back. More
