Car was ready for test drive in advance of my appointment, and the transaction process was positive and efficient. Everyone at the dealership was great, clearly trained in customer service. The salesman took the time to understand our needs. He is well informed and answered all our questions. He graciously accompanied us on several test drives and didn't make us feel pressured to buy. The financial associate worked to get us a great interest rate with an affordable monthly payment. Ultimately we got a great deal on a new Cruze. Truly a one of a kind dealer and one of a kind car buying experience! More

Terrific Experience I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse at Ciocca Chevrolet about a month ago. The moment I walked through the doors, I felt a caring and professional I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Traverse at Ciocca Chevrolet about a month ago. The moment I walked through the doors, I felt a caring and professional team of people who welcomed me to the dealership. I originally met with Jordan who made me feel comfortable. He explained a little about the dealership. I was introduced to Brendan Boyle who was more than happy to help me figure out if the traverse was a perfect fit for me. We took a test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Needless to say - I purchased the vehicle and I love it. I wanted to compliment Andrew Hannula in the service area as well. I had ordered accessories for my new vehicle and he was very accommodating to my needs as well. The experience at Ciocca is top notch from sales to service. I recommend anyone looking for a new Chevrolet to visit them in Lawrenceville. More

I felt that he wanted to get done with me and did not appreciate my business. Was very short and wanted to plug in the numbers and get out of the room. Tried to sell me the Ciocca Promise package and when I asked about the individual cost for each package, he got upset and took time to figure out the cost. I felt that he manipulated the numbers to get to a specific target. He sold one package out the 4 packages to me for $630 which I could have probably got for less. I would assume for someone who sells those packages multiple times a day to have a preprinted brochure or know the cost on top of his head. Also I ended up paying $4 extra per month that he added to my contact that should not have been added but I didn’t realize that until I left. I didn’t make a big deal about it because I got a good deal on the car. I wasn’t going to buy any packages because I didn’t like the way he treated me. The only reason I purchased one package was to help Kody Smith, the finance manager because I felt that he was so pressured to sell me something by his boss James and I just wanted to help him out.. If you are dealing with James, double check the numbers before you sign the paperwork. finally, I wanted to put the down payment on a credit card, and he came over and when he found out that I don’t have my checkbook, he said then “debit card” the left the room so “rudely” totally not appreciated! More
