The only thing I did not like, most recently, is that my issue wasn't completely resolved, and I was not really notified of this. I went to pick up my car, and chance had me look at the car, before I actually went inside. The issue I brought it in for was still visibly apparent, though I had gotten a telephone message from Andrew stating the work was complete and I could pick up my car. Unfortunately, he never mentioned that it was still mostly the same, and they did not know why! I had to locate the service manager, Graham, myself to discuss it further. I'm not really complaining, and I certainly will keep coming back. I just wish I was better informed. More

When we need something for our vehicle done they are right on it. Their customer service from front to back out of the house is truly the best. I never owned a Chevy before but we are VERY impressed with this car. This is a family dealership which cares about YOU not the $$ like the rest.
