But low pressure in the best way. Not in the "i don't care much about this sale way," but in a sure whatever works best for you kind of way. I thought the car was priced fairly, the amount i got for my trade in was fair, they were willing to come down a bit so that we could meet my budget needs. I was asked by friends, how the negotiation went. What negotiation, I responded, we talked about what felt fair, we talked about kelly blue book values and then i bought a car. it felt incredibly transparent. Can't say enough about Dan and Matt, who walked me through the process. Just a really positive experience. More

We were greeted promptly, it was not a hard sell and, after what was an honest negotiation, we found common ground on a price and made a deal. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, we were treated with respect and the car, when delivered, was absolutely spotless. The only glitch in the works was a short-handed finance manager which led to a sizable wait and a slight miscommunication regarding our insurance coverage which we finally resolved at home a day or two later. But overall, a very pleasant experience. A new dealership for me but I would go back. More
