Horrible I went to get my windshiled wipers fixed because they stopped working while I was driving on the highway.My friend who also have the same truck as me I went to get my windshiled wipers fixed because they stopped working while I was driving on the highway.My friend who also have the same truck as me adviced me there was a recall on the wiper transmission so I took it to Chevy.When I went to pick up my vehicle my windshield was crack on two sides all the way up to the middle of my window never again the last Chevy that was there I never had problems with.They even took pictures it wasnt there before I cant believe the service I recieved Chevy never again More

Hands down the best car buying experience i’ve EVER had! I took delivery of my truck and couldn’t have been more satisfied! All the bells and whistles were explained and they even synced up my phone and set up Sirius radio and Onstar. My salesman, (Ben), sales manager (Bryan) and the finance guy (Nixon) were great! They took me back to the detail shop and I met the detail/prep guy and they made sure my vehicle was tip-top! Loved the entire experience in and out definitely NOT an all day endeavor. More

Knowledgable and Friendly Sales Staff Eric was very patient and helped me narrow down my choices. He was not high pressure and understood that I needed time to think about my purchase. The finance department, on the other hand, was very slow. I waited over an hour and a half for someone to be free and start the paperwork. It would have been nice to know there would be a long wait so that I could go get food and come back. Also, they didn't explain everything very well, probably because by the time I met with the finance people, I was running up against another appointment and they were trying to get me out the door in my new car. I hope they can address this issues in future transactions. More
