Recent Purchase at Ciocca Chevy I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Ciocca Chevrolet. I saw the Rogue on CarFax on a Sunday. Rick, at Ciocca, responded to my text message r I recently purchased a used Nissan Rogue from Ciocca Chevrolet. I saw the Rogue on CarFax on a Sunday. Rick, at Ciocca, responded to my text message re: the vehicle first thing Monday morning. I worked with the salesman Eric at Ciocca who was very easy going and answered my tons of questions and wasn’t pushy or overpowering. He took time going back to the vehicle checking and rechecking to make sure I didn’t miss anything. While working with Zach in finance he figured out how to set up my Bluetooth since it wasn’t something I had on my other older vehicle. Ciocca offers a nice customer complimentary service too. The dealership is very nice, clean, easy to find and the waiting area for service is welcoming with complimentary beverages. But low pressure in the best way. Not in the "i don't care much about this sale way," but in a sure whatever works best for you kind of way. I thought the car was priced fairly, the amount i got for my trade in was fair, they were willing to come down a bit so that we could meet my budget needs. I was asked by friends, how the negotiation went. What negotiation, I responded, we talked about what felt fair, we talked about kelly blue book values and then i bought a car. it felt incredibly transparent. Can't say enough about Dan and Matt, who walked me through the process. Just a really positive experience. More

We were greeted promptly, it was not a hard sell and, after what was an honest negotiation, we found common ground on a price and made a deal. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, we were treated with respect and the car, when delivered, was absolutely spotless. The only glitch in the works was a short-handed finance manager which led to a sizable wait and a slight miscommunication regarding our insurance coverage which we finally resolved at home a day or two later. But overall, a very pleasant experience. A new dealership for me but I would go back. More
