Not knowledgable about Chevy Bolt, deceptive warranty My wife and I had the misfortune to loose both of the keys for our new Bolt, after owning and enjoying it for 3 months. Despite several calls and dis My wife and I had the misfortune to loose both of the keys for our new Bolt, after owning and enjoying it for 3 months. Despite several calls and discussion with the service department, I could not get a straight answer as to what was required and whether the key replacement mentioned in the warranty covered this situation. I was told to have the car towed to the dealer, and they would figure out what to do. This was a major annoyance, since the car was parked in my garage and the service department could not tell me how to put the car in neutral. The towing company talked to the service department and got no guidance from them as to how to safely pull the car out of the garage and onto the truck. After two days at the dealer I learned that the 'complimentary key replacement' would cost me about $300. I am not a happy Chevy owner. More
