Know they are busy but need a better system. Everyone might not be persistent in trying to book an appointment. No complaints about the service, staff nor facility. Found some great changes and hoping this problem gets resolved. Would like to use Ciocca regularly as I purchased my Silverado truck there from previous owners. More

I called Ciocca Chevrolet to make an appointment to have this service done. I was given numerous options as to date and time to bring the car in. I was a little early for my appointment, but they took me right away. The service people were very professional and efficient. The oil change took about one hour and I was on my way.
