First Class Service Department Andrew Hannula was extremely accommodating. He was able to advise and provide a specialized service that I needed with regard to a scratch on my left Andrew Hannula was extremely accommodating. Additionally I had a fuel injector that went bad which was covered under warranty. and was immediately taken care of. Andrew and Milton made sure that I had a loaner vehicle for the day.. Quick, effiicient, knowledgeable Service tech Andrew and service manager very helpful. I will never bring my truck there again. I brought my truck there once for my remote starter not working. They fixed it under warranty but still found something else wrong that needed to be f I brought my truck there once for my remote starter not working. They fixed it under warranty but still found something else wrong that needed to be fixed that wasn't under warranty. In addition I asked them to rotate my tires which they did not do and stated they forgot however they did not forget to have it on my bill. I should have known then. I took it back for another warranty issue. They initially told me it would be $624 dollars to repair and it was not under warranty. After an argument on the phone they said they needed more time with it to diagnose the issue and kept it for 2 days. After two days they told me it was fixed with no charge. More
