I wouldn’t if I were you. I went to the dealerships service department 2x and I had the absolute worst experience both times. I call and leave multiple messages and no one ever gets back to me, the employees can be rude especially over the phone. The nices person I met there was the shuttle driver and that was it. More

I followed up with a visit to Ciocca Chevrolet and met Rick who introduced me to Eric Gomez who became my salesman of record and I could not ask for a more professional, helpful and courteous salesman. Eric stayed with me throughout the sale from actually driving with me to my home so I could have my wife and granddaughter look over the vehicle. Eric was able to meet my requests financially and the deal was made. Not to be redundant but he stayed with me all the way through the sale including hooking up my cell phone to the vehicle and explaining how I could connect my wife and granddaughters phones. He connected me with On Star and assisted in the entire process. The nicest part was at no time was he rushing but rather taking his time to answer all of my concerns and showing and explaining all the features that my new Eqiunox had to offer. All in all I felt very pleased with my helpful, friendly and professional treatment that I received from Eric, Jason and also James the Financial Administrator. I left with a smile on my face as I took the wheel of my brand new Equinox and headed for home thinking to myself that I had pretty much been given a Royal treatment by some very nice dedicated individuals at Ciocca Chevrolet and I would highly recommend them to both my family and friends.
