Replace brake pads and rotors Satisfactory service. The last two times I was in , no one was available to take the car to the car wash after service. I was given a coupon to use Satisfactory service. So if you can't honor the free car wash offer at the time of service, don't offer it at all. More

Over all everything was good. Employees friendly Apple has been good but a little too costly. Would not give me discounts that I ask for except a little off the oil change. Easy and quick. I Drive right up to the service department door where I am met immediately by a department representative. I then proceed to the waiting area where I enjoy a cup of coffee in a comfortable setting. The service on my car is completed in a timely manner, I pay my bill and I'm on my way. Work completed well and on time. I was greeted immediately, the service rep reviewed the work to be done (state inspection and emissions, oil change, tire rotation), estimated the com I was greeted immediately, the service rep reviewed the work to be done (state inspection and emissions, oil change, tire rotation), estimated the completion time, and connected me immediately with a shuttle driver. Shuttle driver confirmed location of return pick up. Work was completed on time, and shuttle driver picked up at location and time. Only negative: the vehicle is 23 months and has 11,000 miles; service rep called and said the OEM (Michelin) tires would pass, but would likely need to be replaced to pass next year's inspection since they are at approximately 50% of tread. Asked if I want to replace them now. This seemed like service rep was pushing an unnecessary process, since new tires would also require alignment - so approximately $1000! Declined; will wait until next year. More
