Find another dealer So Was shopping around for ats-v for a few weeks ,found the one I wanted at this dealer ,,went back and fourth through email with sales manger steve So Was shopping around for ats-v for a few weeks ,found the one I wanted at this dealer ,,went back and fourth through email with sales manger steve for two days then we spoke on the phone worked some price points out and then had him text me info so I had records , so we came to a deal on text then I called and spoke with him again and went over again and said so this is the set price right I don't want to come there and things change and steve said and I quote that is absolutely the price nothing will change that is not how we do business here!! Ok great we got a deal then i will be up in two days .. I call steve the mourning of and say we are all good still right I am going to head up yes scott we are all set ..So I took off from work along with my father to head up and get car Bc dealer was over two hours away from me , get there and get everything going and the general manger comes out and says sorry we can't make the deal we made a 7k mistake I said how is that even possible and he explained going back and fourth and did apologized a few times but that definitely wasn't making up for what was going on ,, and I said again I want over this with Steven 4-5times how could this mistake happen when we went over the deal so many times and said I have proof of it also he said I know but we can't do it , and I said so you guys are doing the old bait and switch and he said no not at all we are not that kind a dealership and I was like well you are your doing it right now to me ... so me and him went back-and-forth over numbers for a little while and we did come to another deal but definitely wasn't the deal that was originally agreed to and cost me more money Bc I wanted a certain car and already missed work and as did my father and arranged for child care also so I already made too many plans and inconvenienced too many people and wasted to much time not to try and get it done ... so they did the old bait and switch so not trust this dealership ,,, and it gets better the sales manager that I was dealing with didn't even come out and try and explain himself nor say sorry I texted him the next day about how rude and Unprofessional that was he then said sorry and try to offer me a hat or T-shirt for my troubles I was like are you kidding me ,, I did speak with him a couple times about the matter and gave the dealership a few weeks to try to make up for what happened but they haven't so here we are I would strongly suggest to go somewhere else ,, and again I have proof with emails and text of all what was agreed to from the start I have bought many of cars over the years never had something like this happen... hope this helps people decisions More

Rip off I brought my car in for state inspection on 2/24/17 to York Apple Chevrolet. I was told to pass inspection, the turn signal mechanism needed replaced I brought my car in for state inspection on 2/24/17 to York Apple Chevrolet. I was told to pass inspection, the turn signal mechanism needed replaced because it does not always turn off after I hit it. When that happens, I manually turn it off and it only occurs occasionally. I said I have had my car inspected for 5 years now and that never came up. I Was told I was just lucky. Too pass it would cist me $209 dollars. Seriously??, I had it done but said I will never bring my car back to you. Nor will I buy a new car from you. You must be desperate for money to charge this amount. I am going to spread the word to my friends to avoid Apple Chevy at all costs. More

Service Department is Terrible!!! I took my vehicle in to get the steering motor replaced under a special bulletin from GM. To start, my appointment was on a Wednesday. When I called I took my vehicle in to get the steering motor replaced under a special bulletin from GM. To start, my appointment was on a Wednesday. When I called in on Wednesday, they forgot about my vehicle and did not get it in until Thursday. When I picked up the vehicle, I noticed that there was a terrible vibration in the front end. I took it to my mechanic who had checked the vehicle before it went to Apple to be serviced. He said that my rotors were warped and that they needed to be replaced. He said that they were not like that a few days ago. When I called in to talk to the service manager, Scott Gable, he was very rude and disrespectful. Within 10 seconds of the conversation, he stated he was not paying for anything and that this conversation was over. He also made it a point to tell me that I did not know what I was talking about. I expect when I take a vehicle in to get serviced, I get it back in the same condition as when I dropped it off. I would not recommend Apple Chevrolet service because of their lack of customer service and respect for their customers. More
2016 Camaro I am very pleased with the time it took to reach a deal on a new Camaro Convertible. Fantastic I went to Apple Chevrolet yesterday and purchased a new Equinox. I have to say my experience was nothing less than fabulous!! I got a new vehicle that I went to Apple Chevrolet yesterday and purchased a new Equinox. I have to say my experience was nothing less than fabulous!! I got a new vehicle that I absolutely love, the people I dealt with were incredible!! The salesman even helped to keep my 20 month old occupied, and even bought cookies for both of my kids!! I would highly recommend Apple to my family and friends, and I will definitely buy my next car from them!! More
Warranty I bought a 2011 Silverado new at Apple Chevy and had 2 service appointments regarding loud snapping in the front suspension that I could feel through I bought a 2011 Silverado new at Apple Chevy and had 2 service appointments regarding loud snapping in the front suspension that I could feel through the floorboards when backing up with the wheels turned. Both times I was told nothing was wrong, second time they said they greased everything and said it will be fine. All this was while I had a warranty. Now that my warranty expired they tell me the front a-arm had to be replaced due to a bad joint or it won't pass inspection. Very strange it was found after the warranty expired??? I’m convinced it was the snapping and I told them this when I had the repair. I had to pay for the service but the service persion George that I dealt with went to bat for me and got it covered! Very nice! More
