Steer away from this dealership!!! I have never experienced such a lack of customer service as I did at this dealer. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle here t experienced such a lack of customer service as I did at this dealer. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen. I purchased a vehicle here that started having squealing, chirping tires 5 afters after we drove off the lot. When I brought it back less than 24 hours after the purchase, the general manager Scott Carita was incredibly condescending ("Do you know what As Is means?") and he did not even want to take a look at the vehicle and correct the issue. He was willing to have it serviced if I PAID for it. As I was not going to give another dime to this company, I took it to my own mechanic and found that they had improperly installed brake pads which was the cause of the noise. I have never experienced such a lack of concern over customer satisfaction from a company. They've permanently lost any future business from me and I would encourage others to go elsewhere if they want to have any rights or value as a consumer! (p.s. I would give a ZERO rating if I could) More
