I was recommended to Faulkner-Ciocca Chevrolet by my insurance company, USAA. They recommended three other dealerships in addition. I spoke with the other three first in addition to two other dealerships in my area before contacting Faulkner-Ciocca due to proximity. Faulkner-Ciocca is an hour and forty five minutes from my house. After speaking with Karen Allison I knew I wanted to do business with this dealership. When I arrived, I met Karen and to my surprise would be dealing with someone else for my vehicle purchase. I was slightly disappointed. I was introduced to Greg Fichter. After meeting with Greg I was as impressed with him as I was with Karen. His enthusiasm, knowledge of the vehicle, level of professionalism and interpersonal skills were far better than anyone I had met at any other dealership. At this point, I wanted to buy my vehicle from Greg. When we discussed price of the new vehicle and trade in value of my vehicle I was very impressed. The price of the same vehicle at other dealerships was thousand of dollars more and they gave me two thousand dollars more for my trade than any other dealership. I currently have four vehicles and have purchased more than fifteen new vehicles over the years and I have never been treated so fairly and respectfully. I knew what my vehicle was worth and the other dealerships tried to rip me off. I highly recommend this dealership and would drive the hour and forty five minutes in a heartbeat for my next vehicle. Used Car Manager, Joe White, has terrible Customer Service skills. I went to this dealership looking for a used Corvette and wanted to use my 74 Vette as a trade. Joe was very nice and accommodating Service skills. I went to this dealership looking for a used Corvette and wanted to use my 74 Vette as a trade. Joe was very nice and accommodating when I first came to the dealership and he thought there was a good chance for a sale to be made. However, his disposition changed on a dime when I returned to the dealership with my Vette to be looked so we could agree on a trade in value. The dealership looked over the car and Joe quoted me a trade in value that I could not accept, when I indicated that I could not accept their offer, he stomped away like a child without uttering a word. When the sales person I was dealing with tried to get Joe to come out and to say good bye before I left, he didn't have the common courtesy to come out and at least say "thank you for coming in and sorry we couldn't make this work out today." I would have expected this from a sales manager, needless to say, I'll never be back to this dealership as long as Joe is their manager. BTW, the Sales Associate I was dealing with, Russ Kingery, is a great sales person and very professional and someone I would do business with in the future. It's just unfortunate that he is at this dealership. More
They were by far the friendliest, most responsive, best price (by a long shot) dealer!!! We did shop around too. Our awesome Sales person - Chris Seifert gave us his cell phone number and told us he would come in to the office to "seal the deal" ON HIS DAY OFF!!! He did. Where else have you ever had that happen. They also were not so local to us - we were a bit over 30 minutes away - but it was worth every minute. Best experience in 13 years buying a car!! More
