I contacted them one afternoon, had a test drive scheduled for the next morning. There was no pressure like I have experienced from other dealers in the past. My paperwork was ready to go very quickly and they had me out the door in my new truck as fast as possible. I came back two weeks after to have nerf bars put on the truck to assist my employees and they had them ordered and delivered within a few days. I dropped the truck off and the bars were installed in under a hour. When the time comes to expand my fleet again I will definitely be looking here first. More

Good experience - could have been better Sales associate did not inform that this vehicle did not come equipped with any spare tire or donut. They should have told me so I could be prepared. As such, my tire went flat within3 weeks of the purchase and I was stranded. Not fun. Additionally, the finance guy was pushy when I refused gap insurance. He made me feel stupid for saying no.
