Don't buy a car here If you want to buy a used car, don't do it here. They false advertise features for the vehicles. I bought a truck and when I got it home I started to realize many options they had advertised were not in the vehicle. They used these features to come up with the kbb valuation so I would think I got a fair price. It was all a lie. There was even stickers on the truck stating it had the off road package but it didn't have that at all. They didn't realize the original window sticker was in with the owners manual. When I called them out on it they offered to take the truck back. That's a pretty riciulous offer given the fact that they ran our credit at least 5 times for the loan(they don't tell you about that either). I suggested they at least give me an extended warranty for all the deception. They actually agreed to that but they wanted me to pay for it!! I then asked for $1000 back because that's at least what I over paid, nope. I also asked for rear interior door panels because they are broken and one is held together with duct tape(they listed the truck in excellent condition by the way). They wouldn't even give me those(I offered to put them in myself). In the end it was very clear they wanted nothing to do with making this right and couldn't care less about having an unhappy customer feeling like he was lied to and ripped off. Basically telling me there was nothing they could do since I already bought the truck. I'm amazed that a dealership of this size would stoop so low to rip people off. Disgraceful. More

Purchase of 2017 Chevy Traverse Our experience at purchasing a 2017 Chevy Travers at Ciocca Chevy Quakertown was very good. The sales associate, Jake Levine, was very professional, Our experience at purchasing a 2017 Chevy Travers at Ciocca Chevy Quakertown was very good. The sales associate, Jake Levine, was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The delivery of the car was smooth and proceeded without incident. Overall a very pleasant experience. Suggested areas for improvement would be in the business manager's approach to selling upgrades such as extended warranty, rust proofing, etc. The presentation was good but the pricing was not clearly delineated, only a total cost in payment per month, which in our case was $403/month compared to $283/month for 72 months with nothing added (just the cost of the vehicle). That comes out to an extra $8620 over the life of the loan. Obviously we declined any extra coverage as we felt that was excessive. The other area for improvement was in financing where we took the $1000 rebate and got 5.99% interest rate. After investigating with a few credit unions, with our credit score we qualify for 1.49% financing over 72 months so naturally we will be refinancing. I think these are important lessons to learn for the dealership that the consumer has lots of resources to follow-up on. But overall, realizing that we need to be educated consumers, the buying experience was good. More
