Purchased a certified preowned truck and on the same day started experiencing shuttering and a malfunction in the radio screen. I am now at the point where the manager of sales and the service department are not returning my calls or giving me other options so I’m not stuck in a vehicle that could potentially throw a transmission. This dealership has made it apparent that their priority is money and not customer satisfaction. I will never recommend coming to this dealership. More
