ciacco = cheaters This is a worst, fraudulent, irresponsible dealer; they have no integrity or no ethics. They don’t care about the safety of the customers; this dealer has deceived me he sold me irresponsible dealer; they have no integrity or no ethics. They don’t care about the safety of the customers; this dealer has deceived me he sold me a damaged car. I purchased a used car from this dealer on January 07, 2025. my criteria were simple, and clear; car should be free from damages and accidents, and the dealer assured me that this car (Honda Accord 2022 sport model, with 54040 miles) met these criteria, they did not disclose that the car is damaged, sold the car as a good car which meets my criteria. Also, they just gave me one key when asked about the other key they told me that they have the second key, and it is with service and service is close now and promised me that they will send it to me next day morning. While driving the car I was hearing lot of sound, I asked them why it is so they said it was normal; for the next two days I was following up for the second key they gave me contradicting statements that they might not receive the second key or may be lost or it is there with someone from service and they will order new key for me. I asked them if it is lost take the legal approach and deactivate the old key and reprogram the two new keys provide me the details which they did not. Later I took an appointment from the Honda dealer and took the car for diagnostics there they told me that there is a major damage underneath the car. Transmission of the car got hit, because of which the car is out of warranty for Transmission and Engine. Car is not running smoothly and not accelerating because of the transmission damage, it is making lot of sound and seems when I try to accelerate there is a lot of pressure on engine. There is also a miss alignment of fender and the hood, on the driver side airbag cap is broken. on the driver side rear door is misaligned. When I politely confronted the dealer with photographic and video evidence, and asked for the refund, they attempted to downplay the severity of the issues, claiming it was merely a broken shield that could be easily fixed. This response was clearly an attempt to cover up the larger problems. This un-ethical business practice is carried by this dealer, to clear of their lots first sell the damaged cars by getting rid of it by selling to a consumer by not disclosing about problems and damages in it and when the customer finds confront, they cover it up by saying it as a minor thing and they can fix it which is a temporary workaround. When I am not at all interested in buying a vehicle which has damaged, or accident why should I consider or accept to the repairs in first place. I have spent all my life savings to buy a decent car so that I can reliably and safely drive in that with my family. No one should be subjected to such deceitful conduct, and unlawful actions like these must be addressed and stopped. I will turn all the stones in my capacity to get my hard-earned money back, and make sure to educate the community about these ill practices elected by this dealer, so that no one gets trapped in their wicked practice. I have shared the pictures in this post. I wish I could give negative rating. More

On 10/5/24 I drove over an hour to this dealership to look at a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport. I had made an appointment the day prior and confirmed that morning when they called me. After wasting a half hou look at a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport. I had made an appointment the day prior and confirmed that morning when they called me. After wasting a half hour of my time inside, and evaluating my trade, they asked me to go outside to test drive the Corvette. What I saw stopped me before I reached the car, There was severe body damage on the lower drivers side rocker panel with approx. 4" of the red paint missing and showing white fiberglass. I could not believe that they had me travel and waste 4 hours of my time to look at this poor excuse for a low mileage Corvette. I immediately went inside and told off the sales manager, Joseph Goulazian, who only responded with "well we were going to run it through our body shop". Well they WHY is it currently for sale?! And WHY wasn't this severe damage disclosed up front?! I notice that they posted photos of the car taken at an angle where that damage was hidden. When I got home, I noticed that they had removed all of the photos of the car and in place of the price it said "Call". Now it's posted again, with photos that still hide the damage, but if zoomed in the white fiberglass on that left rocker panel still is not repaired. And of course, not disclosed by these crooks. I've owned 12 prior Corvettes over the past 40 years and this dealership has posted dirty and paint damaged used Corvettes for sale that Kerbeck would have never attempted to sell! BEWARE OF THIS CIOCCA DEALERSHIP AND IT'S SHADY SALES MANAGER, JOSEPH GOULIAZIAN! But like dealership Finance Managers, Sales Managers don't last long anyway. More
