Dana handled the delivery and he did a very professional job. He was subbing for the actual sales person who was called away for the day but never treated me like I was the other guys deal. Dane Defeo and Ciocca Corvette was a perfect experience for buying my 2023 Stingray. Dane was attentive throughout the process (and VERY patient when I deferred my order TWICE) and Ciocca honored the price for buying my 2023 Stingray. Dane was attentive throughout the process (and VERY patient when I deferred my order TWICE) and Ciocca honored the price protection when Chevy raised the sticker price during the process! Definitely buy there again! More
The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and inviting from the first day I went there. Upon entering the impressive Ciocca showroom, someone immediately asked me how they could help me. Manager Dave Salv from the first day I went there. Upon entering the impressive Ciocca showroom, someone immediately asked me how they could help me. Manager Dave Salvatore was warm and friendly, and answered all my questions. And my salesman Amoni made me feel like family. Ciocca has a fair system of allocating the C8 Corvettes even though there is a long wait list. They gave me headache and hassle free experience, and telling me what paperwork to bring to make the buying process smooth. Ciocca did not charge me more than sticker price .for my car even though some dealers would have. Amoni had my car prepped and ready to go when I got there and he showed me the controls for the car, and told me about the break in period. I did not have a virtual or contactless experience, since the restrictions were less when I purchased the car. The finance and billing department went over the breakdown of the final numbers and any additional warranty I would like to purchase. I drove 2 hours to get my car, so it was really nice to have some refreshments, snacks, coffee, and tea available when I got there. Not empty near the end of the day! Sometimes it the small things that make a difference. Thank you for a memorable experience! I felt like they were honest, sincere, and customer friendly. More
GM made a minor error and CIOCCA went above and beyond to make it right. Also; very fast and efficient, nothing like any other dealership I ever dealt with. make it right. Also; very fast and efficient, nothing like any other dealership I ever dealt with. More
Had an appointment to look / purchase and upon arrival was informed the vehicle that i confirmed was there was in fact not there, Feel as tho I was flat out lied to just to get me "in the door", Like t was informed the vehicle that i confirmed was there was in fact not there, Feel as tho I was flat out lied to just to get me "in the door", Like the previous reviewer said, its as if they just don't give a s###. Total waste of my time! A phone call or text would have been nice to let me know the subject vehicle was no longer available. Honesty goes a long way.. So much for the Ciocca promise! More
As an 80 year old senior, I remember Pontiac GM dealers were ethical. They would tell you straight out if the car's problems were too expensive to repair, parts could not be found, a simple solution is ava were ethical. They would tell you straight out if the car's problems were too expensive to repair, parts could not be found, a simple solution is available without cost, or provide a complimentary service to a new customer that was an easy fix. In my case, my key fob code was altered when changing the battery inadvertently. So Ciocca charged $175 to examine the problem when told beforehand it would only take 5 minutes. I knew my horn did not work from the gadget one inserts under the dash board that specifies the problem. Upon pickup, I'm told I need a horn but Ciocca did not stock a GM horn that would cost several hundred more that already cost another $175. My gas tank had air preventing uninterrupted fill up at the gas pump. A local auto mechanic told me to just turn the pump upside down when filling the tank. Upon pickup from Ciocca, I 'm told I need a part that is only available in Europe and costs thousands of dollars. Ciocca suggested the easy fix instead. Another $175 wasted. $525 to re-program a key fob. Outrageous! More
