I had a wonderful experience at Flemington Chevrolet. Everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Christa made me feel like I was a long-time family friend. However, Wiseman took me on two test drives and explained all the features. He helped me in finalizing the paperwork and after the sale. The vehicle was in the showroom and I picked it up in the evening so I never saw it in the sun. The next morning, after I brought the car home I did see it in the sun for the first time. I notices the car had a problem with the paint. It had tiny circular scratches all over the car; every inch of it. It looked like the buffer pad had been dirty or it was buffed before the clearcoat was dry. At any rate, I took the car in Monday and Wiseman immediately came out to see it. He was very helpful in getting the body shop expert out to look at it. HE immediatley made and appointment to bring the car in to have the simonize reapplied. The car now looks 100% better. The tiny scratches are still visable in the sun but not nearly as evident as they first were. My dealings with Eric in finance were also great. He brought me many options for financing. I opted to go with my own credit union which turned out to be the best deal. Eric was gracious and kind even though he had done all the "legwork" to get financing and then I did not accept it. Eric offered me additional packages of which I took the simonize and tire insurance. Eric was kind to give me a couple extral days to get the cash to pay for the tire insurance.
