I recently bought a vehicle from Ciocca and I was very pleased with the process. That said, the only reason I continue to drive an hour each way is because of Steve and Corey in the Service Department. These two have consistently gone above and beyond, and they are the sole reason I remain a loyal customer. In fact, I’ve recommended this dealership to friends — not for the sales or the facility, but purely because of the excellent service I’ve received from Steve and Corey. As anyone in the automotive world knows, service is the heart of the operation, and it’s what keeps customers coming back. My most recent visit was a great example — my vehicle was ready exactly when promised, with everything handled smoothly and professionally.
