This is a review for the last few months. Got moved a few times to get a service done. The service advisor was rushed in providing explanation and recommendations of what tech found. I’ve been to this service location since I’ve owned the truck - 2018, and under new management the service advisor department has taken two steps back. I’m still waiting on a quote from service department for repairs. Felt they were rushed and wanted to get you out of their hair!! More

Scheduled 5k oil change and tire rotation . on a Cadillac I bought here three months ago. Brianna was excellent, cordial and professional. No communication or updates after checking in until work was done and Brianna came out to get me. Did not speak with service tech about any issues. It’s a brand new ew car so …. Work was done promptly professional and the walk around video of the tire rotation was nice but kind of pointless if the tech is not talking about anything. Showed entire on two tires off and the assembly. Overall a very good service experience More
