I came in for oil change and tire rotation appointment was at 10 i went to counter at 11 because my husband received a video with no audio i as if i needed to do anything from video? I again went to counter he hadn’t started my paperwork i told him i had to leave. He then told me he would email paperwork and i never received it. Not happy with timing if service More
