I am writing to let people know what a wonderful experience I had with salesman, Joey Rhodes. He was extremely knowledgeable about all MINI COOPERS and tried his best to get me into the right car. Joey is a very nice man, who was always courteous and kind. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he checked with others and got back to me. Messages were answered very promptly. As all of our meetings were virtual until I picked up my car, 3 months after ordering, that meant there were special circumstances which made the transaction sometimes more difficult. Having no experience with conducting a car purchase exclusively online, there were challenges neither of us were familiar with or had any experience dealing with in the past. This was furthermore amplified because I live a few hours from the dealership. Having medical conditions which made me more susceptible to the Covid virus and more likely to have life threatening issues should I have contracted it, I was very cautious in following the guidelines set out by the Governor of Kentucky. (who by the way should get the highest rating out there for his handling, care, compassion and wisdom). I test drove used Minis which were for sale in my city and relied exclusively on the internet and information from Joey in making decisions about the build. On the day I picked up the car and met Joey in person for the first time, it was threatening to rain. To my surprise my new Clubman was inside on the showroom floor, all detailed and ready to drive. The car has more than met all my expectations. Contact free delivery was offered, however having had the vaccine at that point, I felt that wearing masks and maintaining appropriate distances was sufficient safeguards. The dealership had the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out very quickly. Unfortunately I did run into the rain on my drive home which messed up the exterior showroom ready condition, but I have photos of the car Joey took and sent to me that I was able to forward to family who have been following my car journey and were anxious to see my new ride. If you are interested in purchasing a Mini, I highly recommend the brand and Joey Rhodes. The community of Mini owners and enthusiasts is extremely active and unique in their friendliness. I am very pleased to have the Clubman S with a manual transmission and look forward to motoring opportunities with other Mini owners once the Covid crisis has passed. More

We also do all of our service thru the Cincinnati Mini/BMW Store Service department. Again, couldn't be happier with the attention and service we receive. For the purchase of our most recent Mini, we had Paul Theobold as our "Motoring Advisor". Paul had all the knowledge and understanding of the Mini any purchaser would need when seeking a Mini for the second or even the first time. He was very friendly, grasped our requests and was patient as we made decisions. We would recommend Paul to anyone looking to purchase a new Mini. Buying a car is different in the age of the internet, there is little in the way of negotiation and truthfully, it feels more honest. On the whole, Cincinnati Mini just feels like an honest business, the facility is super clean, the employees are engaging, fresh and always helpful. We would recommend Cincinnati Mini/BMW Store to anyone looking for a Mini or a BMW. More
I can only rate the service department, but I give them 5 stars. I was on vacation and had to get a tire replaced under warranty and they were able to get me in within a day.
