Joey did a great job helping me spec the car and getting it ordered - 2022 Mini Clubman S All-4. We double and triple checked the build sheet and he made sure it was correct. And, much to my surprise it even came in about a month early. Joey kept me up to date on the delivery status and had it all set and prepped when it hit town. We spent some time going over the car that was most helpful (and he was even getting married the next day...). This is our second Clubman S, so pretty familiar with the details, but again he was most helpful through the process. My Clubman does everything I had hoped and more. Final details and paperwork were handled by Jemar DuBose and what a good guy - no pressure, just information on the various maintenance plans available. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. This is Mini number 3 through the years and can't say enough about the Service Department - always friendly, good, on time and up to date on what we may need. Also, if something comes up unexpectedly (flat tire, warning light, etc.) they have been most accommodating on working us in quickly. Service writers and Service techs are fantastic. If you are buying a Mini, and you should, then you should buy it at Cincinnati Mini. More

Joey is a very nice man, who was always courteous and kind. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he checked with others and got back to me. Messages were answered very promptly. As all of our meetings were virtual until I picked up my car, 3 months after ordering, that meant there were special circumstances which made the transaction sometimes more difficult. Having no experience with conducting a car purchase exclusively online, there were challenges neither of us were familiar with or had any experience dealing with in the past. This was furthermore amplified because I live a few hours from the dealership. Having medical conditions which made me more susceptible to the Covid virus and more likely to have life threatening issues should I have contracted it, I was very cautious in following the guidelines set out by the Governor of Kentucky. (who by the way should get the highest rating out there for his handling, care, compassion and wisdom). I test drove used Minis which were for sale in my city and relied exclusively on the internet and information from Joey in making decisions about the build. On the day I picked up the car and met Joey in person for the first time, it was threatening to rain. To my surprise my new Clubman was inside on the showroom floor, all detailed and ready to drive. The car has more than met all my expectations. Contact free delivery was offered, however having had the vaccine at that point, I felt that wearing masks and maintaining appropriate distances was sufficient safeguards. The dealership had the paperwork ready to go and I was in and out very quickly. Unfortunately I did run into the rain on my drive home which messed up the exterior showroom ready condition, but I have photos of the car Joey took and sent to me that I was able to forward to family who have been following my car journey and were anxious to see my new ride. If you are interested in purchasing a Mini, I highly recommend the brand and Joey Rhodes. The community of Mini owners and enthusiasts is extremely active and unique in their friendliness. I am very pleased to have the Clubman S with a manual transmission and look forward to motoring opportunities with other Mini owners once the Covid crisis has passed. More
