Buying the Mini from Cincinnati Mini was a very positive experience. My sales person, Paul Theobold, was very helpful in helping me pick out the options that I needed/wanted. He told me upfront that I would have to wait 5+ months for the vehicle. He kept me informed on the progress of the car being built. Overall, a good experience, had a few issues with outside financing being able to connect with their finance dept to get the financing complete, so it took four days to get that complete.
