I decided to visit Mini Cincinnati after having no luck at other dealerships. The first person I spoke with was Noah. He knew everything about the Mini. I assume most people that test drive the Mini are instantly sold on the car. I'm glad I went to the dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Alex and Noah. I originally stopped in at Cincinnati Mini just to check out the electric mini. I met Alex Kelly and he was a wonderful Salesman! It was amazing truly. about a month later, my Mini started having major issues and it was time for a new Mini. I went to meet with Alex and I ordered my new Mini Convertible- Sidewalk Edition. Alex was amazing with the knowledge of the Mini ordering process and listened to me when i spoke of what i wanted in this car. He kept me updated with my order! It was a very easy process from start to finish and i have had my new Mini for 1 week now and the treatment I received at Cincinnati Mini with Alex was PERFECTION!
