Terrible, brought the car in(drove it) for a recall on the "ELECTRICAL" power steering pump. Left on a trailer. Was told it seemed to be ELECTRICAL issues. The car hasn't had issues with anythingelectrica the "ELECTRICAL" power steering pump. Left on a trailer. Was told it seemed to be ELECTRICAL issues. The car hasn't had issues with anythingelectrical ever. I happen to be an ASE Certified Mechanic and do all my work myself! However, a recall is something I can't do and only the dealer can! The fact it drove there, drove onto the lift had a pump replaced then while it was on the lift it happened to develop a crank no start issue and only half the car have power(no headlights half the gauges window control hatch button). I don't seethat being a coincidence. Maybe l'm wrong. Maybe in the 8 years of ownership, never having any electrical issues, being garaged the last 5 years maintained as much as possible and it just so happen to randomly develop an issue while on the lift getting a new ELECTRIC pump. Seems kinda odd if you ask me. I'm going to start working on it later. Trust me! I will be back to update this review even if I'm wrong. Also, they didn't want to diagnose the car without me agreeing to pay for it.at this point I feel like eating a diag fee to prove your theory right and mine wrong should be a no-brainer. This is why nobody trusts mechanics!! lf you didn't screw up the car diagnose it and prove it! More

He went out of his way to work with us on the deal, and when we showed up at the dealership to complete financing Travis even had the car detailed on short notice so we would not have to come back again. I decided to visit Mini Cincinnati after having no luck at other dealerships. The first person I spoke with was Noah. He knew everything about the Mini. I assume most people that test drive the Mini are instantly sold on the car. I'm glad I went to the dealership and had the pleasure of meeting Alex and Noah.
