He helped us to find the perfect MINI for us and facilitated a dealer trade to get it. To our happy surprise, we got the MINI within 2-3 days when we expected to wait 1-2 weeks. It was great! We worked with Jemar DeBose in Finance and had a great experience with him. He laid out all options for us clearly and concisely as well as informing us of other "perks" we get for owning a MINI through Cincinnati MINI. To top off the experience, Noah Oglesby gave us a crash-course tutorial on the car and everything it can do (which is a lot!). He made the time to ensure the MINI was completely set up for each of us to drive and also got all of the fun extras set up (like Carplay, coloring of lights, displays adjusted. etc.) Overall it was a great experience and we highly recommend Cincinnati MINI! And we love the MINI too and highly recommend it as well! It's a super fun, sporty car that is a great drive and has all of the high-end luxury tech & perks one could want. More
