I love cars, I hate the car buying experience. Or at least I did. I had no idea buying a new car could be so fun. I cannot say enough about Jay Sofranec and Cincinnati Mini. They do not have sales people, they have Motoring Advisors. At first I thought it was a cute marketing gimmick. I was wrong. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Jay seemed more concerned about meeting my needs and finding out what I truly wanted than even I did. I lost count of how many times I visited, test drove and spoke to Jay over the phone (I called him more than he called me) over the span of 4-6 weeks. Jay’s patience and knowledge of the cars surpassed any experience I have had buying a car and lasted all the way though selection (3 different models) and delivery. I picked out a hard to find color and equipment combo and Jay diligently searched and found what I wanted and at a price that was fair. I could not be happier or recommend anyone more. Jay is truly a Motoring Advisor and a good one at that! More
