Great buying experience. Came in only to look at the different models but we bought my new 2024 Mini Cooper in less than 2.5 hours. Alex Kelly was fantastic. Alex was polite, knowledgeable and when he spoke to us he acknowledged both me and my husband. We have walked away (Ready to buy) from dealership in the past because the Sales persons only would acknowledge just one of us. That was not the case with Alex Kelly and the entire Cincinnati Mini dealership they truly made us both feel comfortable. Alex Kelly gave us advice, showed us different options and was not pushy to get the sale. When we picked up the car a couple of days later the staff also explained the car’s features and explained everything inside and out. Truly a great experience. Love love love my new MINI More
