I have delt with Cincinnati MINI since 2003, when I purchased my first Mini Cooper. Great experience back then and since then developed a close relationship with the sales and service personnel, as I purchased my first Mini Cooper. I got over 212,790 miles out of my first Mini and after selling it, decided to purchase another new Mini. Matt Carelock took care of me with this recent purchase and was very helpful during the search process for a new one. He asked what I wanted, in terms of model, and packages and matched up exactly what I was looking for at the right price. He went over and above to find something just right for me. I truly appreciate all the help and answering my questions and getting me started helping me with all the technology of the newer models. I have a renewed vigor for driving with my new Mini from Cincinnati Mini. More

Enjoyed my experience buying a new Mini convertible and working with Eric Dannenfelser. After driving a MINI Cooper S for nearly four years, I realized I wanted another MINI but couldn't decide on the model. Matt worked with us for most of a day helping us to decide. Matt was also super helpful when we decided to order a MINI Cooper Coup S versus buying one that was already in stock. Matt answered all our questions and stayed in touch with us while we were anxiously waiting for our new "baby" to arrive. I think Matt was almost as excited as we were to see and meet the new baby. He also made the pick-up and financing experience fun and easy. Since picking up our new MINI, Matt has called to make sure things were going good and to see if we had any questions about the car.
